- Installations at the prices shown are limited to properties within a 30 mile distance from Dover.
- A property is deemed as a normal one or two storey building. Extra charges will be incurred if cameras are required to be fitted at heights greater than 5m to cover cost of platform or tower access hire
- The installation includes up to 25m of cable per camera measured from the camera to the recorder position.
- Suitable power points must be available at the position of the recording equipment. Usually two sockets are required, one for the recorder, one for a power supply. A suitable extension lead fed from one socket will also be acceptable.
- If you wish to access your system remotely via a mobile device a suitable broadband connection must be available. Access to your router’s menu may be required to allow port forwarding to be configured. The router or other wired device, e.g. a network switch, must be available local to the recorder for a connection to be made. In this instance, a network cable will be installed to connect the recorder to the network. If the recorder is to be situated in a location away from the broadband connection it is still possible to connect to it via network links for a small additional cost.
- Access to any areas that require cable routes through them must be cleared by the customer prior to cabling being installed. If cables are required to be run below floorboards it is the customer’s responsibility to remove any carpet and floorboards prior to cables being run, and to re-fit on completion of work.
- Full payment for the installation is due on completion of the work.
